Liquid Polybutadiene Rubber (LPBR), with the CAS number 9003-17-2, is also known as low molecular weight polybutadiene or butadiene homopolymer. It is a colorless, transparent liquid. Compared to solid polybutadiene rubber, it boasts lower viscosity, higher reactivity, and controllable molecular weight. It can react with a variety of curing agents at room temperature or under heated conditions to form high-performance elastomers. It retains the inherent excellent properties of polybutadiene rubber, such as exceptional flexibility, low-temperature resistance, and hydrophobicity, while also possessing excellent processing fluidity and reactivity due to its unique liquid form.
